Become a sponsor
PepIndex has one featured position: a strip above the price table on the price index, with your name, score, earned badges and link. It is sold by the month to any indexed vendor, and it is the only thing on this site that is for sale. It buys the position. It can never buy a score, a rank, a badge or a place in any price ordering — not as a promise, but because the scoring code cannot read commercial fields.

What it buys
The position
A strip above the price table on the price index — the page a reader opens to compare what each vendor charges — carrying your name, your score out of 100, your certificate count and a link to your profile.
Your link, your tracking
The strip’s Visit button goes to your site. If you run a partner or referral programme, it can go through your link, so you see the orders it sends.
The badges you have earned
PepIndex Verified and Community Backed appear on the strip when your record earns them, exactly as they appear on your profile. Sponsorship does not grant either.
Plain labelling
The strip says Sponsored and Paid placement on its face, and prints the disclosure below in full. Readers trust the strip because it hides nothing; that trust is what you are buying.
Paid placement. The sponsor pays for this position; where PepIndex also earns a commission on orders through the link, that is disclosed on the vendor profile. The score is computed from the record by the published rubric and is unaffected either way, and neither badge is included with the placement.
What it never buys
- Your score. It is computed from your record by the published rubric, and the scoring function cannot receive commercial fields — the build fails if anyone tries to pass them.
- Your rank, or anyone else’s.
- A badge. Both are computed from the record and held by vendors who pay nothing.
- A place in any price ordering, a mention on any other page, or softer wording on your profile.
- Protection from your own record. Your score moves against you as readily as for you while you hold the position.
The disclosure page records every commercial arrangement this site has while it runs, and the methodology publishes the rubric your score is computed by.
Who can hold it, and how
Any vendor in the index. One at a time, by the month, first come first served. A vendor not yet listed submits its data first — that costs nothing and never depends on this — and can enquire once the listing is live. A vendor withdrawn from the index loses the position automatically.
Pricing is per month, by reply: write with the months you have in mind and we answer with current terms. Nothing about the listing itself is ever charged for, and being asked to sponsor is never a condition of being listed.
