What the research on BPC-157 actually shows

The published BPC-157 literature is preclinical. It consists of rodent injury models and cell-culture work; there are no controlled human trials in the indexed literature. That is the single most important thing to know about this compound, because vendor copy routinely describes rodent findings in language that implies a human effect. Animal results are a reason to run a human trial, not a substitute for one.
